Moments by Del specializes in lifestyle portrait and event photography. Portrait sessions may include individuals, couples, families, or small groups. Event coverage includes, but is not limited to, baby showers, formal gatherings, small weddings, and other intimate occasions.

All packages include professional editing and retouching of selected images. Additional services — such as extended coverage time or extra edited images — may be arranged prior to booking and are subject to additional fees.

Sessions are typically held on location, either outdoors or at a client-provided venue. Studio bookings can be arranged upon additional fee.

To secure your session with Moments by Del, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total package price is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your date and time and is applied toward the final balance.

Clients may choose from a selection of standard photography packages. Custom quotes are available for clients who request additional services outside of the listed packages (e.g., extended time, multiple locations, additional edits, etc.).

Final payment is due on or before the day of the session or event. Accepted payment methods include e-transfer or PayPal. All prices are subject to applicable HST, which will be included in your invoice total.

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 30% to secure the session date. If a client wishes to reschedule, one change is allowed free of charge with at least 72 hours’ notice. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee.

Cancellations or no-shows made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 70% of the total session cost, regardless of whether the session was prepaid in full or partially. This is to compensate for lost time, preparation, and potential bookings turned away.

Weather Considerations: For outdoor or indoor shoots, weather forecasts will be reviewed in advance. In cases of unforeseen extreme weather (e.g., storms, unsafe conditions), the session may be rescheduled at no extra charge to the client.

Clients will receive a private online gallery to review and select their preferred images for editing. Final edited images will be delivered via a secure download link within 10 to 15 days from the selection date, depending on the package chosen.

If a client requires expedited delivery:

Photos needed within 3 days of selection will be delivered at no extra cost (based on photographer availability).

Requests for delivery sooner than 3 days may be subject to additional rush editing fees, which will be discussed in advance.

Moments by Del does not currently offer printed images or physical USBs unless previously arranged.

All images captured by Moments by Del are the intellectual property of the photographer and remain under full copyright. Clients are granted a personal-use license, allowing them to use the final edited images for non-commercial purposes such as social media, prints, and personal gifts.

Images may not be altered, edited, cropped, or used for commercial or promotional purposes (e.g., business advertising, marketing materials) without prior written permission from the photographer.

Moments by Del reserves the right to use any images from sessions for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the photographer’s website, social media, portfolio, and marketing materials.

If a client is uncomfortable with their images being publicly shared, they must notify the photographer in writing prior to the session. In such cases, a model release exemption may be discussed

Moments by Del is a registered business in Ontario and collects HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) on all services provided. Applicable tax is included in all quotes and invoices.

While every effort is made to ensure a safe and professional experience, Moments by Del is not liable for any personal injuries, property damage, or loss that may occur during the course of a session. Clients participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

The photographer is solely responsible for her own equipment and conduct during the session.

In the rare event that Moments by Del is unable to fulfil the scheduled session due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be given the option to either reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund of any payments made
